Hunter's Earring

Flute Description Musical instrument, passed down for generations. Needed for capturing and summoning divine minions.
Info Flute tunes change based on Levant's Capture Level.
Location Garai. Talking to her the day after the Sacred Union gives you this, as well as some Mugwort Herbs and 200 Yan.

Tears of Reese

Tears of Reese Description Gift from Mahbu. Gives off spectacular light. Bestowed to young Mahbu by the Nagi chief.

Table Description Precious treasure belonging to Kikinak. Kikinak, however, cannot understand it.
Info After picking up, Kikinak almost instantly appears and takes it away. Rapidly pressing the menu button and exiting the forest might avoid this. However, it has no use.
Location Dragonfly Forest, near the second teleport point*.

Knowledge 1

Table Description Water-based attacks are effective against Fire-based creatures. Fire-based attacks are effective against Wind-based creatures.
Info This does not contain information regarding Air and Earth's effectiveness against creatures due to the lack of Earth monsters in the Beetle Forest in Japanese versions.
Location Beetle Forest, just past the large archway at the beginning of the forest.

Knowledge 2

Table Description Higher Attack and Mana values result in more effective normal, special, and magic attacks. The higher your speed, the more turns you receive to attack your enemy.
Info Mana has no impact on your attack power, only how many attacks you can use that require it. The tablet may be referring to your Magic stat instead.
Location Beetle Forest, one screen before the fork where you can either encounter Masked Boy, or several Mukhambu indoors.

Knowledge 3

Table Description While poisoned, your physical and magic attack decreases, and you do less damage. You will also lose HP at the start of your turn.
Info "Poisoned" reduces damage dealt by 30%. See Damage Calculation for more info. Each turn, it inflicts 10% of the Max Health as damage.
Location Beetle Forest, resting by a statue after taking the left hand road fork to the Mukhambu filled room.

Knowledge 4

Table Description While inflicted with sleep, you cannot act. Your physical and magical defense and avoidance ability decrease, resulting in more damage from attacks.
Info "Sleep" increases damage taken by 20%. See Damage Calculation for more info.
Location Dragonfly Forest, resting in the stone clearing to the right of the first fork in the level.

Knowledge 5

Table Description While turning to stone, your body gets harder with each turn, eventually leading to death. Accuracy and avoidance will decrease while body hardens.
Info Flesh-to-Stone instantly kills the victim after five turns.
Location Spider Forest, at the back of Yami's clearing.

Magic Usage 1

Table Description Mana will recover slightly and damage is less likely while defending. Defend skillfully to boost your special attack and magic power.
Info Defending reduces damage by 60%* and recovers (Level/4)+3 Mana once the minion is done defending.
Location Dragonfly Forest, from where Knowledge 4 is found, head to the next room. Go left, and the tablet is resting by a statue.

Magic Usage 2

Table Description Your elemental attack power is related to the amount of elemental properties you have.
Info A high Element Ratio boosts the Efficiency of elemental attacks. See Efficiency for details.
Location Dragonfly Forest, right next to the Poacher in the pile of supplies.

Merging 1

Table Description The first minion absorbs the level and experience of the second. It is the same as what happens when one of your minions defeats another in the forest.
Info Whilst entirely correct, minions in the forest never actually have any experience.
Location Spider Forest, just to the right of Totoyamu. Shoo him away or return once you have given him the Tears of Reese and the Champion's Belt.

Merging 2

Table Description Minions that use poison are also resistant to it. Merging such a minion with another creates a new poison-resistant beast. The same also applies to minions with sleep and Flesh-to-Stone attacks.

Merging 3
